Cancellation/Refunds and Returns
Our products are sold on our web site as well as through retailers and distributors. We will not accept returns for items that were not directly purchased from us – you should contact the retailer or web site the item was purchased from. For items that were purchased from us, be advised that pursuant to 3-306.14 of the Nebraska Food Code, the state Nebraska does not permit the resale of returned food items. If there is a quality issue or safety issue with a product, you should contact us at returns@sensationalseasoning.com or call (800) 336-5070.
When you contact us by the above means, we will investigate and work with you to resolve the request within five business days. Please note that we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Distributors: Return of non-defective items after delivery is subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the gross value of the order.
